Twilight:TheVerdict

Went to watch Twilight with Mel yesterday. Supposed to only be the two of us with Weihao (maybe), but in the end he strung along the herd. Hahaha. SHEEPS.

While the guys were bballing, Mel and I were buying christmas gifts and such. After which we went to check timings and availability of the movie Twilight.

Thats when the chaos started.

We were in Plaza Sing and headed to Grand Cathay to check the timing. When we went there we saw Zack and Wing but thats outta the point. The 7 plus show was filling fast but heck we still went for it. When we did we found that the 7 plus show had only the very first row left. So gave up and left because the next show was 9 plus. We headed back to PS to check the timing in GV and the 8 plus show was available which was perfect but we didnt have enough money to pay for the guys so we had to wait for them to come from Marina Square. However after waiting for only a while Mel and I checked the screen again and the 8 plus seats were selling fast! We said F*** at the same time which was hilarious but again not the point. We checked with the counter and there were only 2 front rows left for the 8 plus show so we called the guys up UHGAIN to see what to do. Knowing them they walk at the speed of turtle and it was like they hardly left Marina Square at all. So obviously they werent coming any time soon to buy the 8 plus tix and we ended up deciding to go for the 9 plus one. Great. Everything's settled. But then we thought since Cathay had a student pricing of $6 why not just go for Cathay, since we could also afford to buy for em. So Mel and I walked aaaaaaaaaaall the way back to GC and guess what we found out, after 6 pm the shows no longer have student price so it was priced at $8.50. It was like shit cause again we could not pay for the guys so we thought might as well go back to PS cause GV's tickets were $7.50. BUT GUESS WHAT. When the guys FINALLY came and bought the tickets, we realised it was prcied at $10 after 6pm!!!!
Lesson learnt: Choose Cathay instead of GV. ALWAYS.

Like... F! right? I hate walking the path to GC and I had to walk through it 4 times! For nothing! And the same ticket guy in Grand Cathay saw us TWICE and we didnt purchase anything TWICE. Ugh. So fine. Fine. We had dinner and waited and stoned, waited and stoned, and waited...

And finally movie time!

The movie started and we couldnt wait to get out. -_- It was draaagy, the acting was SO awkward and not natural at all, and the exciting parts were only the baseball and the ballet studio scenes. Mel and I could even laugh at during scenes!

Felt no chemistry between Edward and Bella. Probably cause of their bad acting again. Oh yea... And Rosalie wasnt pretty at all. The only artists worthy of being vampires are Victoria and James. VICTORIA WAS PRETTIER THAN ROSALIE! THATS NOT SUPPOSED TO HAPPEN! And talking about looks, Edward was so not hot to me. Im not attracted to him the least bit. Jacob? Oh man, Jacob. He looked so weird and his voice was not husky! Well fine, in Twilight when Jacob hasnt phased yet, Tylor is suitable. But hopefully, in New Moon and the subsequent sequals, they'll cast Steven Strait as the grown up Jacob. Steven Strait's look and expressions fit Jacob so well, to me. And he's freakishly hot too.

I know my review may piss/embarrass some people. Some think its AWESOME, some think its okay, some think its great, and some also think it sucks big time. But im not trying to offend these people whose reviews arent negative, if I do sound like I am, cause this is just my view. Doesnt mean much.

But still... catch New Moon cause there'll be a different director directing it. Soooo.. I guess it'll be better! Haha.......
